Using the Support Desk
1. Visit the Support Desk by clicking on the link, above right.
2. Login with your user name and password. If you have lost this request a password reminder by clicking here
3. Click on 'Downloads' on the menu to view the tutorials and user guides and 'Knowledge Base' to view Frequently Asked Questions. You should do this before submitting a support ticket.
4. Click on Submit Ticket to submit a ticket to our support team and select the appropriate category.
5. Type your details and your support query into the form and press 'Submit'.
6. A response will be sent to you by email. You can track your open tickets at any time by logging back into the Support Desk and clicking on 'Support Tickets'.
